Product Description
Maple sugar is crystallized maple syrup. Once maple sap is cooked down to maple syrup, the syrup is then boiled down further until it becomes crystallized.
It's rich caramel & nutty flavour adds a really nice dimension to baking and savoury recipes. Maple Sugar is loaded with minerals and antioxidants, which makes it a great replacement for typical white refined sugar.
